Meet Our Founder

Welcome to my practice! I am Rusty Becker, a faith-filled woman deeply called to the profession of pediatric occupational therapy and committed to helping others thrive. With over 20 years of experience, I am passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

I transferred to Alabama State University after completing my collegiate basketball career.  This experience taught me the values of teamwork, perseverance, and striving for excellence—principles that I carry into my professional and personal life.

As a proud mother of three, I understand the importance of creating a supportive and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop. My commitment to lifelong learning extends beyond my personal growth; I am dedicated to teaching and mentoring future occupational therapists. I believe in sharing my knowledge and approach to pediatric occupational therapy to inspire and equip the next generation of therapists.

In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, going to the lake, and cheering on my favorite college sports teams. These activities refresh and energize me, allowing me to bring my best self to my practice every day.
