Meet Our Founder
Rusty Becker, OTR/L, graduated from Alabama State University with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy. She went on to work in many different therapy settings before opening Excel Pediatric Therapy Services (formerly Excel Rehabilitation Services) in 2006.
With over 20 years of experience in her field, Rusty is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. Her commitment to lifelong learning extends beyond her own personal growth; she is dedicated to teaching and mentoring future occupational therapists. She believes in sharing her knowledge and approach to pediatric occupational therapy to inspire and equip the next generation of therapists.
